Express runs on the real platform: an uploaded document becomes a Docform document, filed in a "Docform Express" folder. What you produce there is yours and stays in your workspace.

No template to create, no repository to configure: you upload a PDF, a Word file or pasted text, and the tool works on it straight away.

Every analysis returns a structured report, printable as a PDF and easy to copy, in French or in English, quoting the clauses word for word.

Every risky clause scored out of 10 and explained, with an estimate of what it could cost where the contract allows it, and the change to ask for.
Plain language
The contract explained again article by article, without jargon, for the business teams who need to understand it before passing it to legal.
Missing protections
What the contract does not say and should say, given its type and the governing law.
Freelance-side reading
The contract read from the service provider side: payment, ownership of deliverables, reclassification.
Comparison of two versions
What changed from one version to the next, who benefits from it, and the changes not to let through.

Is access really free?
Yes, access is free on request. You fill in the form, we open the module on your workspace, and you try the twelve tools with no commitment.
Do I have to be a Docform customer already?
No. If you do not have a workspace yet, we create one for the trial. If you do have one, your administrator can enable the module from the advanced account settings.
What happens to the documents I upload?
They become Docform documents filed in a "Docform Express" folder in your workspace, with the original file kept. You can delete them at any time.
Do the reports count as legal advice?
No. They are produced by an AI model, they quote the contract word for word and flag what deserves attention, but they do not replace a review by a legal counsel or a lawyer.
In which languages are the reports written?
In French or in English, chosen for each analysis. Quotations stay in the language of the contract, followed by their translation where needed.
