Docform integrations: CRM, documents, signature, AI
Your contracts flow between Docform and the tools your teams already use: CRM, Word and PDF, Excel, signature, legal research and corporate identity.
A CLM integration links the contract management platform to the tools where contracts are born and live: the CRM that holds the customer, the Word and PDF documents that come from the counterparty, the spreadsheet used for reporting, the directory that manages access. Without it, every step requires retyping and contract data drifts from one tool to the next.
Docform separates what is available today from what is in preparation. Each card below says which; an announced connection is never presented as delivered.
CRM
HubSpot
Import your HubSpot contacts and companies as counterparties, and find them in every contract without retyping.
Salesforce
Link your Salesforce accounts and opportunities to the contracts that follow, so sales teams issue contracts from approved templates.
Productivity and documents
Microsoft Word
Import your Word templates and contracts, and export counter-proposals to Word with tracked changes for the counterparty.
PDF and scanned documents
Bulk-import your PDFs and scans: OCR and AI extract parties, dates, durations and notice periods, with a link to the source clause.
Microsoft Excel
Export your contract reporting to Excel: amounts, deadlines, statuses, custom attributes.
Signature and trust
Certigna
Optionally, a Certigna electronic seal is applied to the final PDF to guarantee its integrity over time.
DocuSign
Docform includes its own eIDAS-compliant signature. A DocuSign connection is in preparation for companies that have standardized it.
AI and legal research
Légifrance and Judilibre
Docform’s legal research relies on Légifrance and Judilibre: French statutes and case law cited in the analysis of your contracts.
Identity and developers
SSO and two-factor authentication
Your users sign in with their corporate identity or with two-factor authentication, and your access rules apply to Docform as to everything else.
REST API
A REST API to create contracts, read their data and plug Docform into your internal tools; the documentation is provided during integration.

Frequently asked questions about integrations
- Does Docform integrate with Salesforce?
- Yes. Salesforce accounts and opportunities are linked to the contracts that follow, and HubSpot contacts and companies are imported as counterparties. Existing contracts are brought in through Word or PDF import.
- Can we keep our electronic signature tool?
- Docform includes its own eIDAS-compliant signature, with a one-time code, an evidence file and an optional Certigna seal. A DocuSign connection is in preparation for companies that have standardized it.
- How do we migrate an existing contract repository?
- Through bulk import of PDFs, scans and Word documents: OCR and AI extract the parties, dates, durations and notice periods of each contract, with a link to the source clause, and deadlines are then tracked in Docform.
- Does Docform offer an API?
- Yes, a REST API lets you create contracts, read their data and connect Docform to your internal tools. The documentation is provided during integration, with the Docform team.
