A structured repository from day one
Import what you already have: OCR makes scanned PDFs usable and AI suggests the key metadata. Folders, permissions, tags, statuses and saved filters then organize the portfolio, which you can export to Excel or CSV.
Approval, negotiation and signature
Each approval workflow follows one of three modes: at least one approval, all approvals, or all approvals in order. The counterparty negotiates in a dedicated portal, then the contract goes out for built-in electronic signature. Versions and the audit log record every step.
Native AI, under human control
