Docform builds on more than 10 years of R&D and field experience with document and contract challenges: software for the notarial profession, then AI-based field applications in the nuclear industry. Two worlds where nobody congratulates you when the paperwork is right, and everybody remembers when it is not. Docform grew out of those habits.
Software that has to stand up to an outsider
Our long-standing users have one thing in common: one day, someone asks them to prove what they did. A judge, an auditor, a safety authority. The software has to answer on their behalf.
A document is not a file
It has a date, a version that prevails, annexes that travel with it and a retention period. We learned to treat all of that as data rather than as an unspoken agreement between colleagues.
Signing is not enough
Years later you still have to show who signed, when and on which exact version. What counts is the evidence file, not the button.
The process is checked too
Who approved, in what order, with what rights. On one file or on a thousand, the workflow has to replay identically and stay readable to someone who was not there.

We designed and ran drafting tools backed by a body of legal reference material kept up to date, together with signature journeys designed for the notarial deed. When a clause library is wrong, it is not a support ticket: it is a deed to draw up again.

At Siteflow, we designed an AI-based architecture that replaces stacks of paper with field applications: inspection sheets, quality records, hold points, end-of-job files. During an outage, a badly traced procedure stops the work. You learn to design screens that guide every step.

The history stays available
Versions, approvals and signatures stay available, and the audit log keeps track of actions. A contract reads in the version that was signed.
A framework set by legal
Approved templates, clause library, approval workflows, rights and roles. Business teams work within the framework defined by legal.
Evidence is built as you go
Built-in electronic signature compliant with the eIDAS framework, evidence file and exportable audit log. The evidence comes together as the process runs.
The AI stays verifiable
Every analysis quotes the passage of the contract it relies on, and the audit log keeps track of actions. The AI suggests, the lawyer decides, including whether to ignore the suggestion.
