- Playbooks align AI analysis with your organization’s positions, and you can run legal research in Légifrance and Judilibre from the assistant.
- On import, AI extracts a contract’s key information, even from scanned files, and links back to the source passage so you can check it.
- A deadlines board and scheduled reminders help you anticipate notice periods and renewals.
- Docform Express (AI Lab) brings together ready-to-use AI tools for an imported document: review, comparison, negotiation, and drafting.
AI assistant and team review
Q2 2026- An AI assistant built into the document answers your questions and produces an exportable analysis report, under admin control.
- Revision mode and comment mentions make it easier to review a contract as a team.
- Conditional rules adapt a document’s clauses to the answers given in a form.
- Saved views and global search help you find, filter, and export your contracts.
- Two-factor authentication, which admins can make mandatory, and the activity history strengthen security and traceability.
Clause library, information requests, and PDF signing
Q1 2026- A clause library centralizes your approved clauses and their variants, ready to insert into your documents.
- Information requests collect the data a contract needs from your contacts through an online questionnaire.
- Your imported PDFs can be sent for e-signature, with an optional Certigna electronic seal on the final document.
