1. Publisher

The site and the service are published by the company SMRJ (Docform), a SAS registered with the RCS d'Évry under number 921 041 653, whose full details appear in the legal notice.

2. Purpose

Docform is a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform: creation of documents from templates, collaboration and negotiation, approval workflows, electronic signature and commitment tracking. These terms set out the rules for using the public site and, for users holding an account, the general rules for accessing the service.

3. Access to the site and to the service

The public site is freely accessible to any internet user. Access to the Docform service is reserved for customers who have taken out a subscription and for the users they have authorized, as well as for guests holding temporary access (for example to approve or sign a document). Access requires equipment and an internet connection, the costs of which remain payable by the user.

4. Accounts and credentials

Login credentials are personal and confidential. The user is responsible for keeping them safe and for the actions carried out from their account. Any suspicious or unauthorized use must be reported without delay to contact@docform.ai.

5. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited in particular:

• using the site or the service for unlawful purposes or for purposes contrary to these terms;
• infringing the rights of third parties or the security of the platform;
• attempting to access without authorization any data, accounts or spaces that are not intended for you;
• deliberately hindering or overloading the operation of the service.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its structure, its interface and its contents (excluding customer contents) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the company SMRJ. The documents, templates and data created or imported by a customer remain the property of that customer; Docform claims no right over such contents.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data relating to the site and to the service is described in our privacy policy. Our security commitments are presented in the Trust Center.

8. Service availability

Docform implements reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the site and to the service. Access may nevertheless be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or in the event of circumstances beyond our control. The service level commitments applicable to customers are defined in their subscription contract.

9. Liability

The company SMRJ cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the site, nor for the content of the documents created, imported or signed by its customers and their users. Each customer remains responsible for the legal compliance of the contracts it enters into by means of the service.

10. Amendment of the terms

These terms may be amended at any time, in particular to take account of legal or functional developments. The version in force, dated, is published on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their interpretation or their performance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
